Directions
From Burnside Road
Depending on which direction you are heading you will turn left or right onto
Fariss Road. The clinic is located directly across the street from the new LA
Fitness on the corner of Civic and Burnside. If you are coming from the east
(from the direction of Mount Hood, headed towards Portland) you will turn right.
If you are coming from the West (Portland to Gresham) you will turn left. Once
on Fariss Road you will turn into the parking area immediately to the right. We
are downstairs in suite number 5. From I-84
Take exit number 14, the 207th Street exit. At the top of the exit turn south
(if you were headed toward Idaho, turn right; if you were headed toward
Portland, turn left). Continue going straight to the second traffic light (a
T-intersection), this is Glisan - turn left. At the next traffic light turn
right onto 223rd (aka Eastman Parkway). Continue heading south to the second
traffic light (the first one you pass through will be Stark) where you will turn
right onto Burnside Road. Once on Burnside you will take the very next right
turn onto Fariss Road, which is immediately after the traffic light at Civic
Drive (you will pass, in order; Bright Now Dental, Applebee's, Club 505 and one
traffic light on the corner of Civic and Burnside). Once you are on Fariss turn
into the first parking lot on the right. The building is a large, cream and
black, two-story structure. We are located downstairs in suite number 5.

clinic towards the south side of Burnside. The star on this map is directly over
the new LA Fitness. We are located on the north side of Burnside Road in Gresham,
